When it comes to being Coordinator, Gail is very professional.
She’s a born leader; she’s very responsible and
disciplined that’s why she’s very well respected by
each of us. During CG meetings, it takes 10MHz to make the other
officers shut up and listen, Gail is powerful enough to do it in
9. Sounds scary? Militaristic? Stiff? Intimidating? NOT AT ALL!
When you hear her laughing her heart out, you’d know
she’s fun to be with after all.
Alex Queseng
Spiritual Head
Alex deserves to be spiritual head because he has the passion to
do his job well. He is good of heart and mind. Lastly, he has a
good idea of what the job is about as he has learned about it
from the former spiritual head.
Opel Sychay
Finance Head
At first glance, you wouldn’t think that Opel would be the
man for the job. Actually, you would think that he’s just
the alalay of the seductive-singer-turned-secretary Allan V. But
don’t be deceived. Aside from the fact that Allan is the
alalay, Opel’s management skills toppled by his
Chinese-sense of business makes him the perfect guy for the
job.
Toffee Tejido
Education Head
As one of the three vital committees in Musmos, the Education
Committee needs the strong leadership of someone with a healthy
mix of youth, dynamism, experience and wisdom. That’s Mr.
Toffee Tejido for you. He may not deliver those classic lines
such as Master Yoda’s spiel or train Musmos volunteers the
way Quin-Gon-Jinn taught Obi-wan Kenobi, but you can be assured
that he will equip you, light saber and all, to face the task and
the demands of being a "Kuya" or an "Ate".
Carlos ‘Pads’ Padilla
Logistics Head
Logistics work involves reserving the venues and materials Musmos
will need in its activities. And no other person than the
baby-face Pads could do it. Amiable and easy to get along with,
faculty and staff will find him irresistible as well as muscled
and fit for the job at hand.
Wes Platon
Membership Head
It is the membership committee’s task to make sure that
although we go to different areas, we still come together as one
org. Wes, here, makes sure that everyone knows everybody else. He
does this by catching you and the person beside you off guard,
and then reaching for both of your funny bones. What better way
is there for people to bond than to share a laugh or two?
Allan Valdes
Secretariat Head
A former merit scholar and dean’s lister, Allan is really
dependable when it comes to composing or writing stuff.
She’s the kind of person that doesn’t have to cram
‘coz she gets the job done immediately and effectively. All
these and more make her the best person for the job as the
Secretariat Committee Head.
Anna Fernando
Scholarship Head
She’s responsible, cheerful, sweet, mature, friendly,
funny, open, unprejudiced, kind, caring, trustworthy, the list
just goes on and on. Hmmm... just get to know her and find out
for yourself if these are true. Just like Aldin (our scholar)
did.
Dudzz Mendoza
Externals Head
He likes to befriend everybody, and for that reason, he knows a
lot of important people who can be of help to the organization.
That is why he became our Externals head.
Paul Salazar
Externals Head
a master when it comes to dealing with people, Paul never fails
to connect with an audience. And with a sense of humor that
totally defies his size, this little big man mixes business with
pleasure with unbelievable ease. A little hard to believe that so
many good things could be rolled into such a small package.
Karen Arcilla
Parang Area Head
Meet Karen Arcilla, our popular Parang area head. Her personality
is as warm and friendly as her name implies. However, do not
mistake her to be all light and bubbly. This girl can also be
very serious especially when it comes to her ‘Parang
Boys’. This is why the position of area head fits her so
well, she is a true leader never giving up to motivate both the
kids and her members.
Long Alam
Cubao Area Head
Long - one of the persons that makes Musmos very special. He is
very special. He is gregarious, indefatigable, dependable - pwede
nang asawa. However, it will take more to be Cubao area head.
Fortunately, he is still the man for the job without a speak of
doubt.
Gino Cuison
Katipunan Area Head
In a sad, sick world, it takes a cheerful, friendly and formerly
sick guy to make the Katipunan kids smile again.
Eloi Francisco
Moderator
Don't be deceived by Eloi's quiet presence. For the second
straight year, she has been guiding Musmos through the challenges
that it faces. She uses her gift of charm, not only to inspire
the women and seduce the boys of Musmos, but also to give them a
sense of the reality that occurs outside the walls of the
Ateneo.
Spiritual Committee
This committee creates the formation programs for the organization. These activities include kubol sessions, masses and retreats.
Finance Committee
They initiate and coordinate activities such as food sales, movie premiers, raffles, and the like to reaise funds for the organization.
Education Committee
They are responsible for arrangements of education sessions such as volunteer training programs, leadership training seminars and national situationers to promote the holistic formation of musmos members.
Logistics Committee
They take care of reservations for the venues of the organization's activities and preocures other logistical needs such as AV equipment.
Membership Committee
This committee coordinates the planning and tasking of activities intended to promote the spirit of community within the group such as the Team Building Seminar, group dynamics, night outs and parties.
Secretariat Committee
The committee that is responsible for the facilitation of various forms of communication within the organization such as newsletters, logbooks, announcements, directories, birthday cards, pictures and scrapbooks.
Scholarship Committee
They take care of the academic, financial and other needs of each scholar of the organization.
Externals Committee - SOA/COA,AMAG-Kadipa
Coordinates with the other organizations within the Ateneo and other contacts working for the welfare of the street children.
